How does a training work if I sign up?

Location: 2715 Fulton St Brooklyn, NY 11207

Hours of Operation: M-F: 8am-9pm | Sat: 8am -1pm

 All training sessions will take place at my training studio located in Ridgewood, NY during business hours. Any sessions requested before or after business hours, including early morning and Sundays, will be subject to an additional 20% fee.

All sessions can be booked on this page or via text ONLY! Once an inquiry is sent, you will receive an email follow up with available times and days.

If by any chance we cannot meet, {i.e bad weather, you can’t make it, I can’t make it, etc} ..we will have 30-45 mins workouts via FaceTime or a workout guide will be sent for you to follow on your own.

All sessions are one on one unless specified by you. If you would like to come with a friend, I am now offering a “Buddy Pass” special. If you sign up with a friend, you both will receive 20% off the package total price.

Your meal plan will be sent at the start of the first month. Any additional meal plans will be adjusted from the first based off progress and need.

Male clients can now book with a rate increase of 15%. An experienced male trainer will be provided for you if I am unavailable during your preferred time slot.
